What is the supervisor's role in program evaluations.

The supervisor is responsible for seeing that evaluation of special projects and instructional programs is ongoing. 
 
  • Standards for evaluation of educational programs
    • Utility - Ensure that an evaluation will serve the practical information needs of the audience. 
    • Feasibility - Insure that an evaluation will be realistic and diplomatic.
    • Propriety - Insure that an evaluation will be conducted legally and ethically.
    • Accuracy - Insure the evaluation information is technically adequate.
